Since 2012, The Moment Group has built over 80 restaurants and developed a homegrown portfolio of casual yet iconic brands that dot the Philippine dining scene landscape. In its rosters are Manam Comfort Filipino, 8Cuts Burgers, Ooma Bold Japanese, Mo’ Cookies, The Mess Hall, Moment Catering, Manam’s Mama Nams, and Pancit Pancitan, as well as the award-winning Philippine franchise of the world-famous xiaolongbao brand, Din Tai Fung. Their first international venture is a Manam spinoff called hayop in Singapore. Now more than 5,000 people strong, Team Moment continues to grow and invest in its people and partners, bringing Filipino food entrepreneurship to a wider regional audience.
