The Mindful Tech Club is a 6-week guided reset designed to help people reclaim what matters most in a tech-saturated world: time, energy, and attention. Our pilot cohort launches October 22 for entrepreneurs and solopreneurs: builders who often live online for their work and struggle to disconnect. Together, we create a sanctuary space to pause, reset, and design systems where tech works with us, not against us. Each cohort blends live sessions, accountability partnerships, and peer sharing with expert-led practices like somatics, breathwork, psychosynthesis, and trauma release. Inspired by How to Break Up With Your Phone by Catherine Price and other evidence-based approaches, participants leave with a toolkit that sustains focus, balance, and creativity long after the program ends. The Mindful Tech Club is co-led by Sarah Tatarski (PsychePath Coaching) and Fernando Bohorquez (Trampoline Health), who combine lived experience, professional expertise, and a deep commitment to community healing. While our first cohort is designed for entrepreneurs, we’re building future cohorts for parents, teens, and college students because healthier tech boundaries matter at every stage of life. At The Mindful Tech Club, we don’t chase productivity hacks. We build habits, resilience, and community, so you can thrive in work and life.
