In 1914, the great-grandparents of this fourth generation made a life relying on the skill they carried with them from the family kitchen – handcrafted chocolates and ice cream. They founded a small soda fountain in Pittsburgh’s Victorian district to produce and sell their handmade chocolates and milkshakes. Today, The Milk Shake Factory conjures memories of a bygone era. The Milk Shake Factory offers 55 flavors of milkshakes, specialty dessert drinks, such as floats, spritzers, and sodas, and an array of gourmet chocolates using the finest ingredients.
