About THE L&R GROUP, LLC.

The L&R Group is a privately held company formed by Lloyd R. Hardy in 1997. There were no other employees at that time – the owner handled anything and everything. After several months of large volumes of work, little sleep, and no paycheck, Lloyd hired the first employee and the company began to grow slowly. Over the years, the company purchased equipment and hired qualified employees. After Lloyds' passing in 2006, his sons, Ryan and Regan Hardy took over the family-owned business. They worked long hours and all profit that was realized was invested back into the company. The company philosophy of controlled growth allowed L&R to keep debt low and the company strong. Today, The L&R Group has expanded our family to include all the great employees who choose to call L&R home. We truly have some of the best employees in the industry, who are helping us grow our fleet of equipment and services.
