After talking about opening a cafe for about 20 years I finally took over The Corner Cafe in February 2016. My goal is to make healthy, delicious meals and snacks readily available so that good food choices are a no-brainer. I've also designed a great meal plan including breakfast, lunch and dinner, so you don't need to think about what you're eating!! I have an extensive background in hospitality, once owning a winery and 200 seat restaurant. I also have a Bachelor of Applied Science in Food Science and Nutrition, and a Masters in Public health, so I know a thing or two about what I'm doing!! Along with my side-kick, Renee, we've not only created a great menu, but a really fun and friendly environment that we absolutely LOVE working in.
