For the third year in a row The Briarwood Community has been named the #1 Continuing Care Retirement Community in Massachusetts! The Briarwood Community is a non-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) whose purpose is to enhance the well-being, independence and personal fulfillment of its residents and other seniors by providing high quality, coordinated housing, health, wellness and supportive services consistent with the caring and generous spirit of the founding churches. Briarwood is only able to complete our mission through the dedication, passion, empathy and support of our amazing staff. We acknowledge and celebrate our staff every day as they are the ones allowing Briarwood to thrive. Through honoring, recognizing and empowering our staff we have been able to cultivate a positive work environment that allows our employees to achieve their career goals.
