Important company in the Textile Sector is seeking a Store Supervisor. Academic Background: Graduate/Titled in Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields. Experience: Minimum of 2 years managing people and inventory control in Stores. FUNCTIONS Recruit, train, and direct store personnel in the functions requested by commercial. Involves sales quotas, schedules, vacations, rotation or coverage of store personnel. Coordination of report submission and commission payment. Ensure stores open at the indicated time, personnel comply with the established schedule, and have all work implements such as uniforms, ID badges, masks, cleaning supplies, bags, among others. Quotation and coordination regarding store maintenance, involves quoting air conditioners, electric doors, locks, lights, sensors. Involves quoting hooks, iron hangers, badges, etc. Coordination for the installation of displays – backings. Management of Municipal procedures for each store, coordination for fire extinguisher recharging, signage, fumigation, light panel, and verify that stores have all Covid implements for their operation. Report store incidents. Verify that cameras are operational, air conditioners, lights, among others.
