About Tethered Talent

Our Story: We don't just fill roles, we represent your brand with authenticity and deliver talent that lasts. Tethered Talent was founded on a simple belief: recruiting works best when it's built on real partnership, not transactions. Established in 2025, Tethered Talent is a collective of experienced career recruiters united by a shared commitment to quality, integrity, and service. At our core, we are builders. We believe great recruiting requires persistence, precision, and care, and we take pride in doing the work others won't; digging deeper, staying engaged, and following through. Our story continues to unfold, but our foundation remains the same. We deliver better outcomes through meaningful connections and trusted partnerships. Our Approach: From the beginning, we set out to create a different kind of search experience. We operate as a dedicated team alongside our clients, developing a comprehensive understanding of each hire or build, from technical scope to culture, team dynamics, and long-term vision. Our work goes beyond sourcing. We help clients map timelines, define priorities, and build clear project plans. We manage scheduling, candidate communication, and process flow, while providing detailed context on every candidate in the process. Throughout the search, clients receive consistent updates and data-driven insights, giving them full visibility into what's happening behind the scenes and confidence in each decision. Giving Back: At Tethered Talent, every placement creates value beyond the workplace. Through our Placements with Purpose initiative, we celebrate every new hire by donating a portion of our fee to nonprofits selected by the candidate and hiring manager. It's a shared act of giving that reinforces our belief that meaningful careers can drive meaningful change. Hiring top talent or exploring your next opportunity? Learn more.
