Our goal is to develop programs and training that uphold human dignity and restore basic social rights (education, health, personal and community development, citizen interest and empowerment...), focusing on training capable of generating opportunities. We apply the By Necessity methodology, which revisits the traditional business plan model and adapts it for small businesses in 10 steps. Based on the analysis of their context, the student goes through the construction of their product/service concept, marketing actions, market research, sales projections, cash flow, among other content. The action plan, at the end, details, in a simple and didactic way, what is necessary for immediate income generation. We currently have projects in entrepreneurship education, the future of work, and sustainable development. However, believing that there are many ways to transform people's lives (which is our essence), we adapt our teaching methods according to need and create our own ways of transmitting information. And, in order to give back to society part of what we have achieved and with the mission of reaching even more people, we created the Instituto Besouro, a non-profit organization. Our reach: By Necessity present in 29 countries and over 3200 municipalities Per year: + over 150,000 people directly impacted and + over 750,000 people indirectly impacted. R$1,350.00 is the average income after 3 months of incubation. 400% is the increase in student income after opening their businesses.
