We are renowned for the effectiveness of our training system, the quality and expertise of our Trainers and therapy team and the extremely high level of service and facilities that we provide for our clients. We have significant amounts of national and international press coverage and we actively promote our Trainers. All potential Ten Health and Fitness Trainers pass a minimum 2 stage interview process before they gain acceptance into the Ten training academy. We were the first company of our kind to have a REPS accredited training academy. We hold regular internal CPD workshops led by our Master Trainers and therapy team. We provide an upbeat, energetic and highly collaborative environment in which to work. We reward success greatly and encourage individual progression within the company. We regularly review the progress of our Trainers and actively work to enable them to become better at what they do. We hold staff functions and participate in various charity events as a team.
