About Technisches Büro Hödl GmbH

TBH places experienced technical professionals with industrial companies and EPC contractors across Austria and the DACH region. Founded in 1994 as a piping and plant engineering firm, TBH has been fully focused on technical staffing since the mid-2010s. The engineering background remains. It shapes how we read a project brief and how we assess a candidate. We work across pharma and biotech construction, data centers, semiconductor, energy, and industrial plant projects. Typical roles: project and construction management, commissioning, QA/QC, HSE, piping specialists, and document control. Service models: direct placement, personnel leasing (AKÜ), freelancer introduction.
