About Techmunity | AI Startup Recruitment
Hi there - I’m Reuben. I spent 13 years placing engineering leaders and high-performing software engineers, and was the #1 performer at two 300-person agencies. I launched Techmunity in 2024 to bring executive search standards to the early-stage AI startup ecosystem in London and New York; from Founding Engineer #1 through to CTO. Successfully placed with teams backed by a16z, Y Combinator, Seedcamp, LocalGlobe, Insight Partners, Speedinvest, Stride, Anthemis, and Outward VC. Whether you’re a founder building out your engineering organisation or an experienced engineer exploring what’s next, get in touch.
