About Tchibo Österreich

Discovering really good things. We love coffee and inspire our customers with products that make everyday life more beautiful and easier. The unique interplay of coffee expertise and changing collections has always been what Tchibo stands for. We are proud of our tradition, but we are constantly reinventing ourselves – curious, open, and daringly different from others. With 120 own stores, over 5,000 supermarket shelves, and as one of the leading online shops on tchibo.at, we are at the center of people's lives and always close to our customers. Our Coffeebars are vibrant meeting places for coffee enjoyment. To remain enthusiastic about our workplaces in the future, we remain curious and bravely tackle new, exciting projects. Sustainability is firmly part of our actions. Together, you can achieve more! As a family business, we stand together and foster trusting, long-term relationships with our employees. This is how we create excellent working conditions and a pleasant atmosphere, both in professional and private life. Based in Vienna, we currently employ around 850 people throughout Austria. For our family-friendly corporate culture, we were awarded the state seal of approval "berufundfamilie" for the first time in 2022. What unites us? As a team, we all share one passion: making good ideas even better – in all areas of the company. We inspire each other, support each other, and celebrate our successes together. Because we know that real teamwork is the key to innovation and growth!
