An Introduction Tattu is an independent family run business founded in Manchester in 2015 by brothers Adam and Drew Jones. The Tattu brand set out with a clear vision – to bring a unique and immersive dining experience to the UK culinary scene unlike anything else on offer. The word Tattu is derived from a combination of Tattoo the art form that has inspired the award winning interior designs and Tatau which is an ancient word from eastern culture that means to make a mark. The focus was to build a customer journey around the brand that fuses beautiful and meaningful design with quality and innovative Chinese cuisine. Making a unique mark on the UK leisure industry.
