About Taller de Diseño Constructivo

At Taller de Diseño Constructivo, we design and build places that converse with the neighborhood and improve the daily lives of their inhabitants. Our purpose guides every project: to build places in the world for people who seek the same as us, happiness. We operate guided by the concept of The 15-minute city, where the value lies in what is not always seen: location that saves time, nearby parks, culture and gastronomy, optimal mobility systems, as well as natural light, efficiency, and sustainability criteria (such as EDGE standards). We do not promise "exclusivity"; we promise judgment. We accompany each client with clear information from start to finish, we articulate alliances with businesses that bring life to the neighborhood, and we take care of the details that sustain investment over time. That is our style: honest architecture, walkable city, and a service that inspires confidence. You can review our Integrated Management System policy here: https://shorturl.at/YUOX5
