About Talentos del Turismo®

We are the leading consultancy and headhunter specialized in the search and selection of talent for the hotel, tourism, and gastronomy industry in Chile, connecting opportunities between companies and people, which positively impact life. We believe that when people focus on what truly motivates them and the more people develop their goals and interests with passion, the better our future will be. What motivates us? Offering opportunities that generate impact and value for people, organizations, and the community, and we are passionate about the hotel, tourism, and gastronomy industry, an industry of constant growth that generates multiple opportunities for people and the world, and in which there are areas for improvement, and we want to contribute to it. What is our contribution? Favoring opportunities and decisions that positively impact life. We help people and companies – constituted by people – to fulfill their motivations, goals, and aspirations with passion, connecting opportunities between them, whose objectives, values, and principles converge, and in which each person's competencies and skills are adjusted to those work contexts in which they can demonstrate their best and stand out for what they do best, generating a positive impact at a personal, professional, and global level, also contributing to the hotel, tourism, and gastronomy industry to generate surprisingly unforgettable service experiences. What do we aspire to? Build more complete lives, stronger organizations, and more sustainable communities. We aspire to contribute even more to society and to increasingly enhance our leadership and be the preferred choice within the industry, establishing close and reliable relationships over time, being part of your growth and building, together, a world where people and organizations can exceed their goals to the fullest.
