Talent Go is an agile headhunting consultancy specializing in commercial roles. We help companies that need to hire salespeople, KAMs, commercial executives, and sales managers quickly, but without deciding solely based on CV, availability, intuition, or guesswork. We work with active search, one-on-one hunting, concrete filters, directed interviews, and validation of real commercial experience. When the role requires it, we incorporate practical case studies to observe how the candidate would act in situations similar to those they will encounter in the position. Our goal is not to fill processes with stages or send CVs by volume.
