About Talent Elite Group

WHO ARE WE? Talent Elite Group LLC (TEG) is an Executive Search firm built around people & culture. Our aim is to build out small, elite teams of Recruiters & Bus Dev Mgrs in multiple branches across the country, creating a national network of high performing, fun loving staffing professionals that crush both their personal & professional goals. WHAT'S OUR VISION? TEG's vision is to transform the staffing industry by unlocking the potential of elite staffing talent. Imagine working every day from the comfort of your home, favorite coffee shop, or scenic hotspot in the mountains, feeling assured your employer hired you because YOU know how to get YOUR job done at a high-level. TEG employees are successful because they are internally driven towards that. We aren’t machines and TEG aren't treated like one. WHAT DO WE VALUE? At TEG we are E.L.I.T.E Execution: We value professionals who know how to execute their job at an extremely high level. We want to provide a level service not found in large corporate staffing institutions. Laughter: We value team members who don't take themselves too seriously & genuinely know how to laugh & have fun WHILE working. We work AND play hard all at the same time. Integrity: Operating 99% remotely & completely without metrics, we hire people with strong personal Integrity. It's on you to get your job done, no managers hovering over your shoulder holding you accountable. Innate accountability, motivation & discipline are an absolute must. Team Player Mentality: We are not one of those firms where everyone operates on an island. The team depends on one another daily to keep the business moving forward. We want people who both see the value in the team & add value to it themselves. Evolving: We hire experienced recruiters & BDM's, who know how to do their job, but the marketplace is changing, rapidly. We want people who aren't afraid to innovate, adapt & experiment to remain a master of their craft.
