TAG Restaurant Group (TRG) is a Denver-based restaurant collection founded by Chef Troy Guard. Beginning in 2009 with a continentally-charged restaurant located on Denver's historic Larimer Square, TRG has evolved into a culinary powerhouse, garnering both local and national attention and accolades along the way. TRG currently operates eight concepts over 13 locations in Denver metro area, and Houston: TAG (established 2009), TAG Burger Bar (est. 2012), Los Chingones (four locations), Guard and Grace (two locations), Bubu (two locations), HashTAG (est. 2017), FNG (est. 2017), and COMMISSARY (est. 2019). TAG Restaurant Group strives to shake up your typical dining by offering immersive culinary experiences that are deeply-rooted in and inspired by Chef Troy's life and travels.
