SZR as an employer Are you looking for challenging work in elderly care with development opportunities? Then SZR is the right place for you. We help the elderly in the Rivierenland region to live as independently as possible. If possible, at home in their own environment. And if that doesn't work, in one of our residential care centers. Together with the client and/or informal caregiver, we look at what care is needed. We especially look at the wishes and needs of the client and the wishes and expertise of the employee. 1000 employees, 500 volunteers, 5 locations Approximately 1,000 employees and 500 volunteers work at SZR. We have locations in Tiel, Beesd, and Geldermalsen. These are residential care and treatment centers for people with a physical disability, people with dementia, and people recovering from illness, surgery, or trauma. In Tiel, we have a hospice for end-of-life care. Colleagues also work at our locations for day care and day services and community centers. Small, self-organizing teams At SZR, we work in small, self-organizing teams. Each team is responsible for organizing care. And therefore for the well-being of residents and clients. And thus for the quality of care. This is only possible if there is good cooperation, based on equality between care employee, client, and/or informal caregiver. Each care team receives support from HBO nurses, the care coach, the team coach, and the care manager.
