About Synoptik

Good vision is essential for our ability to learn, experience the world, contribute to society, and generally create a good life for ourselves. We are fascinated by what good vision means for quality of life and by what well-chosen design can do for personal appearance. We live for the moment of truth. When we find the perfect pair of glasses and the right contact lenses in the store, or when we, through the Synoptik Foundation, help ensure good vision throughout life. And outside of Denmark, we help fellow human beings in Ghana. Here we dispense thousands of pairs of glasses each year from our optician's clinic, thus giving many people the opportunity to see clearly for the very first time in their lives. It is in the moment when everything falls into place that we know we have made a visible difference.
