Founded in 2016, and headquartered from Singapore, Synagie enables Digital and Omni Commerce across all major channels and platforms across 7 markets in the region. In 2022, Synagie expanded into Europe with Spain as our first market. Synagie manages over 1000 e-stores in the region, for 600 brand partners, including Nike, Estee Lauder Companies, Shiseido, L’Oreal and Amore Pacific Groups. We are the proud Winner of Lazada Regional Partner of Year in 2021 & 2022 and is Lazada 3-starred certified and Shopee accredited enabler across all markets. In 2022, Synagie took top honours (Gold) for Best eCommerce Fulfilment and Customer Service in Marketing Interactive’s Asia eCommerce Awards. Synagie's digital commerce platform & tech solutions are ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certified for information security and safety. We are also the first and currently only enabler championing environmental sustainability. Synagie is certified carbon neutral (TUV 2023-CNT-P002) and offer eco-friendly packaging and fulfilment options to our brand partners across the region. In 2023, Synagie has launched Greenify!, a propriety Green Tech Solution, first in SEA, to allow partners and shoppers to carbon neutralise their shopping. Synagie commits to maintain a gender balanced, diverse workforce, currently employing 450 digital commerce professionals across SEA and advocate for fair, safe, inclusive and progressive work spaces. Synagie Commerce Academy was established in 2021 to promote continuous digital commerce learning and up-skilling for Synagie team members as well as the public.
