About Sustenidos

Music is a powerful instrument of identity, inclusion, and transformation. The Social Organization Sustenidos, the new name for the Amigos do Projeto Guri Association, believes in this. As the manager of Projeto Guri, it has served over 770,000 children and young people, annually offering 32 free courses and approximately 114,000 hours of classes. Featured on the list of the hundred best NGOs to donate to, Sustenidos also received the Best Culture NGO seal in 2018 – the award is the highest recognition for the third sector in Brazil and was created to highlight philanthropic organizations that deserve recognition for their management practices and transparency.
