Sushita is a Spanish company founded in 1999 by Natacha Apolinario, Sandra Segimón, and José Manuel Segimón. From the beginning, the focus was on offering consumers a healthy product made with quality raw materials. The tray offerings include Fresh Sushi (24-hour shelf life), Sushi 7Days (up to 7-day shelf life), Oriental Woks, Dim Sum, Oriental Sauces, Salads, etc., serving as suppliers to the country's main distribution chains. Recently, innovation has led to a line of premium frozen sushi, enabling us to pursue new projects such as exports. In 2014, the Sushita Café restaurant line was created, positioned as high-quality Japanese fusion cuisine at affordable prices. In 2017, we opened Madame Sushita on Paseo de la Habana, followed by Monsieur Sushita on Velázquez Street in Madrid in 2018. In 2019, we opened Le Club Sushita near Puerta de Alcalá, and in 2022, La Madonna Sushita in the Arturo Soria area. The latest restaurant is Sushita Green, in the La Moraleja area (Alcobendas).
