SUPERMERCATI TOSANO CEREA SRL

About SUPERMERCATI TOSANO CEREA SRL

The Tosano Group was founded in 1970. A small family-run supermarket is today one of the most established and expanding realities across the provinces of Verona, Vicenza, Brescia, Mantova, Ferrara, Padova, Venezia, Treviso, and Udine. With its 18 directly managed hypermarkets and its 4000 employees, the Tosano Group represents one of the major exponents of food specialization: associated with the Gruppo VeGè, Tosano is today among the best-stocked hypermarkets in the area. OUR RELATIONSHIP WITH CUSTOMERS The assortment of the food sector within the hypermarkets is decidedly massive: in general merchandise alone, over 45,000 references can be found. Targeted assortments in the food, personal care, and home care sectors are unique: the quality of the products is constant and the price is always very competitive. The company policy is clear: merchandise must always be available, product freshness unquestionable, and supply chain traceability very clear. OUR RELATIONSHIP WITH SUPPLIERS Our attention to the "brand name" industry is always high, however, this does not prevent us from opening our doors to small and medium-sized Italian food industry companies. Our interest in typical products is constant: we deeply believe in the gastronomic culture of the territories and we always gladly promote their dissemination. OUR RELATIONSHIP WITH EMPLOYEES We like to consider ourselves a participatory company that values everyone's contribution. Each of our employees, in their specific role, represents a very important resource for the proper functioning of the company. We care about the continuous training of our employees and we constantly take care of it; we appreciate dynamism and initiative, we support teamwork and we give our employees the opportunity to grow with and within the company.
