Super Vacuum Manufacturing Company, commonly known as Super Vac, is a well-established, locally-owned, family-operated business with seven divisions that specializes in manufacturing emergency vehicles, fire equipment and lighting solutions. The nearly 70-year-old company has successfully passed through four generations of family ownership and remains a privately-held family business with decades-old employees. The company, located in Fort Collins, Colo., operates out of a 160,000-square-foot factory, where we pride ourselves on independent manufacturing processes with an on-site foundry, TruLaser, water jet, CNC machines, wet paint, powder coating and more. Here's a look at the divisions: Super Vac is the world’s leading manufacturer in emergency ventilation products. A one-stop shop for all things ventilation, Super Vac equips crews with an array of solutions, including PPV fans, smoke ejectors, rescue saws, rehab misters and much more. SVI Trucks builds custom fire apparatus, including rescue trucks, hazmat units, command vehicles, fire engines, tanker trucks, law enforcement vehicles and more. Every truck that leaves the factory is truly one-of a-kind thanks to innovative engineering and meticulous construction. Command Light has helped emergency departments elevate their scene lighting for decades with an assortment of patented light towers and traffic advisors that help roadway responders illuminate nighttime scenes, keeping both the crew and our community safe. In addition to building new trucks, the company has a truck refurb division, SVI Refurb, that specializes in apparatus refurbishment, chassis remounting, truck repairs, ladder inspections and pump testing, helping create like-new apparatus at a fraction of the cost. SVI Graphics specializes in custom vehicle graphics that meet stringent guidelines in coverage, reflectivity and ruggedness. In addition to producing and installing fire, EMS and law enforcement graphics, the division offers commercial graphics and industrial labels. An extension of the other divisions, the Super Vac Foundry offers non-ferrous metal casting services. The Foundry casts many of the other divisions' components, as well as a myriad of aluminum and brass parts for outside companies, using sand casting, permanent mold and shell molding applications. Backed by 40 years in mission-critical lighting, Oelo delivers permanent, configurable LED lighting solutions. Oelo manufacturers two products — a color-changing holiday lighting system and a dimmable patio lighting system. Oelo features a local install team, along with a nationwide installation network.
