About Sunshine Academy

The mission of Sunshine Academy is to partner with Manatee County to provide a biblically based academic environment where children will grow intellectually, physically, socially, spiritually and academically. Our school begins with Pre-K and children can remain in Sunshine Academy until they finish Grade 6. We offer extended care before and after school, at no additional cost for enrolled students. We also offer childcare for ages 6 weeks - 4 years from 6:30 am-6:00pm Monday-Friday. Sunshine Academy is a ministry of The Church at Bradenton, First Church of God. The school has a Board of Directors who are members of First Church of God. This Board has the final say in all Sunshine Academy policies and decisions.
