Given that debt financing in America is three times the size of bank financing, while it is still limited in Saudi Arabia, we at Sukuk found a great opportunity to create a new financing channel that enables economic entities to issue through Sukuk. With great support from the Financial Sector Development Program and the Capital Market Authority for financial technology products in investment services, we see that providing an electronic platform that brings together investors with entities wishing to finance through Sukuk will contribute to raising the efficiency of issuances, increasing their coverage, and reaching the largest segment of investors and issuers. Our vision: To create an integrated debt market, which is the optimal choice for financing capital projects, with the participation of all investor classes. Our mission: To enable promising projects to obtain appropriate financing, with the participation of various investor classes. Our task: To develop an integrated Sukuk market, allowing issuers to issue Sukuk for investment and trading with flexibility and efficiency.
