The cuisine of our restaurants is inspired by Asian/Japanese/Eastern cuisine, with an emphasis on our exquisite sushi combinations and Japanese specialties. We are committed daily to delivering high-quality products, being recognized for our rigorous food safety. We use a unique preservation method in Portuguese restaurants, which consists of cryogenically freezing the best national and international fish, which guarantees maximum safety and freshness.
