About Studierendenwerk Tübingen-Hohenheim

The Studierendenwerk Tübingen-Hohenheim is "The service company for students and universities" in the Tübingen-Hohenheim university region. To meet the expectations and wishes of students and universities with consistent quality, we focus on customer service – the guest in the cafeteria, the tenant in the dormitory, the applicant for BAföG, the child in the daycare center, the person seeking advice – at the center of our actions. The student is directly involved through the student union contribution and, together with university representatives, influences the development of the student union through committee representation. The goal of the student union is not only to meet the current demands of students but also to set trends and drive innovations for the future in the areas of catering, housing, educational support, childcare, and counseling. In doing so, we strive to sustainably combine economic efficiency and environmental friendliness. As a supra-regional social institution and partner of students and universities, we want to help shape the university living space.
