Since 1976, Stratt+ has been providing comprehensive technical solutions for businesses and government organizations. Whether it's construction, maintenance, or shutdowns of industrial installations, we offer the expertise needed to ensure success. Our mission is to bridge the gap between supply and demand in the technical labor market. We specialize in matching companies with highly skilled (freelance) specialists for both short- and long-term projects, as well as temp-to-perm roles. People are at the core of our approach, which is why we focus on personal connections. Our clients include asset owners, contractors, engineering firms, and the Dutch government. We collaborate with them in the following sectors: Aerospace, Civil Engineering, Food & Pharma, Manufacturing, Maritime & Offshore, Oil & Gas, (Petro)chemicals, Power & Utilities. Stratt+ contributes to technical projects across the Netherlands and beyond. Most of our projects are based in South Holland (Port of Rotterdam), Zeeland, North Brabant (Port of Moerdijk), and Belgium (Port of Antwerp). Since 2022, we’ve been part of Copus Group, an HR specialist operating in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany.
