We are HR Consulting company, with more than 20 years of experience but still innovative and fresh approach. We work both for big companies (positive references from Tesco, Enea, BZ WBK, Lajkonik, and many others) and for small and medium size companies (Morele.net, Kelvin, Amex, Innoenergy, Dentist). Also for start-ups and companies with around 50 employees - we help them to grow and manage in more structured, but still friendly way. HR and management is our passion, it can be seen in each project. Our specialisations are: HR Consulting: competency based management system, organisational audit, 360 degree feedback, performance appraisal, MBO, employee satisfaction surveys; Assessment/Development Center: procedure implementation, assessment/development center session, training for assessors, trainings for AC/DC Project Managers; Recruitment and selection: effective recruitment (ex. direct/executive search) and selection (ex. Structured Behavioral Interview and Assessment Center) methods; Training and development: communication, negotiations, management, team building, personnel recruitment and development, coaching.
