Founded in 1990 on the initiative of Rémi Hagenbach, the Stradim Group has built a reputation over the years as a rigorous and bold developer. This has allowed it to establish itself as a key player, both in its home region, the Grand Est, and nationally with locations in the Nantes region, Occitanie, and Ile de France. Stradim has over 130 employees and will deliver more than 800 apartments this year. Valuing transparency and social commitment, Stradim was successfully listed on the Paris stock exchange in 2000. Official recognition of its scale and the seriousness that have made its reputation, its listing also reinforces its credibility with institutional bodies, who thus grant it their trust, guaranteeing the smooth running of each of its real estate operations.
