Through its integration in the STRABAG Group, STRABAG PFS is able to follow its customers into other countries at short notice. The focus is Eastern Europe. STRABAG PFS already counts on a high degree of digitalisation in its processes and applies state-of-the-art communications technology when performing services. In its House of Innovation in Frankfurt, STRABAG PFS has long been working on the property services of the future and uses specific applications, prototypes and pilots to show its customers how artificial intelligence (AI), robotic process automation (RPA), sensor technology, smart glasses and the Internet of Things (IoT) are being transformed into real estate services 4.0.
