About Stichting Trajectum

Trajectum offers specialized treatment and guidance for adult individuals with mild intellectual disabilities and misunderstood and risky behavior. A portion of our clients have a forensic background. Our locations are in the north and east of the country, but our clients can come from all over the Netherlands. Trajectum has over 1700 employees. We work based on the core values of Professional, Solution-Oriented, Collaboration, Equality, and Safety. Professional With the driven expertise and knowledge of our employees, we make a difference for the special target group we stand for. Our ambition is to be at the forefront of care by continuously developing our knowledge. Every employee takes responsibility and a little bit more. Solution-Oriented Our clients have an extremely complex care need. This requires a consistent and very refined daily approach and treatment. That includes taking that extra step. If a certain approach works well, we continue with it. What doesn't work, we stop. We don't think in problems, but try to find solutions. Collaboration As Trajectum, we work for our clients and their relatives, and that is central to how we collaborate. This is the basis of our actions.
