About Stichting Kwest

In short "How wonderful it is if we can join forces?!" That is what a number of Westland childcare centers and playgroups thought in 2003. Together they became stichting Kwest. What started with a few locations spread across 3 village cores has since grown into a strong childcare organization with 20 locations in 5 village cores and registered childminders throughout the region. Our KwestKanjers The more than 225 enthusiastic and involved employees and 35 registered childminders welcome 1700 children weekly. Daily management is the responsibility of a director-administrator, 3 cluster managers, and 17 (assistant) location managers. Stichting Kwest has a Supervisory Board (RvT). The RvT has a supervisory role, acts as a sparring partner for the director-administrator, and consists of 5 members; Carla Nijman, Robin Mulder, Sylvester Persoon, Sima Daoud, and Monique Strik. What numbers! We hear you thinking... Together we stand for good childcare. Each childcare location in its own way. With permanent teams at the location; warm and personal and the strength of the 'Kwest feeling'; we go for it together. We share knowledge, complement each other, challenge each other, see opportunities, keep innovating, and hopefully grow. Because the demand for childcare in Westland is high and we grew and are still growing based on your childcare needs. We are so proud of OUR childcare organization.
