About Stichting HOZO

HOZO is a local care and welfare organization focused on Hillegom, including De Zilk and Beinsdorp. We support the elderly with well-being. Positive health is our starting point. We do not emphasize illness or disability, but the person themselves, the resilience of the individual, and what makes life meaningful. We do this in various roles, such as a consultant, connector, coach, and caregiver. Healthy business operations and corporate social responsibility are prerequisites for this. Mission: Together, we ensure that the elderly can continue to live at home for as long and as pleasantly as possible. We guide the elderly and those around them towards greater self-reliance. We do this together with the client, the neighborhood, volunteers, friends, family, and partner organizations in Hillegom and the region. For the elderly with very intensive care needs, we offer support in one of our residential care locations. This vision requires a different attitude and way of working, especially from our employees. We ask them to embark on an adventure, to show their courage and creativity. At HOZO, you can develop and work on the care of tomorrow. At HOZO, the client is central, but the employee comes first!
