The ÖRV acts as an advisor and service provider for its members on all agricultural, economic, and environmental policy issues, as well as tax law. As such, it advocates for the interests of the Raiffeisen Group before all relevant national and international institutions and authorities. Information transfer, public relations, and coordination are important elements of this work. The association provides information on current legislative proposals, evaluates political decisions, and has also proven its worth as a crisis manager. The Austrian Raiffeisen Association sees itself as a hub, integration forum, and catalyst for its members.
