Sterling Lawyers is a law firm that exclusively practices family law. We are dedicated to helping our clients. We demonstrate this at every step of the way from our client-focused practice to our fixed-fee billing structure. In our client-focused practice, Sterling Lawyers is dedicated to serving clients with exceptional service. Our clients deserve our best, we deserve our best, so we give it. We strive to perform for our clients by listening to them and perfecting our craft. From the day we opened up in 2013, our mission has been to transform the way family law is practiced. To achieve this goal, we constantly look for new ways to improve. We build new technologies and test new ideas to increase efficiency while never compromising our effectiveness. One example of this is the fixed-fee billing structure that we put in place because we found a lot of people were uncomfortable with the hourly billing structure. In the beginning, we looked at what other law firms were missing. We found there was a glaring lack of communication with clients and too little empathy and understanding of how hard these cases are to go through. So, we gathered the right people to create systems, processes, and teams to better serve families. Now we are looking for more team members as we continue to grow. Some of our core values are communication, accountability, transparency, and teamwork. We know our team can only achieve its goals if we know where we are going, how to get there, and who to go to for help. Our firm offers a variety of services depending on the client’s needs in cases of divorce, property division, alimony, child custody, and child support. We aim to empower team members, so they can empower our clients and work together to reach their desired outcome. We have offices in both Wisconsin and Illinois and are continuously expanding.
