The Ständler International network was founded in Geneva (CH) in 1991 by a group of international experts in Management Consulting, Executive Search, and Management Training. MANAGEMENT SEARCH RECRUITMENT and SELECTION of executive and specialist personnel, operating as a Business Partner with national and international companies. Work is supported by the Standler M3C methodology - Motivational, Compatibility, Competencies, Behavior - and the Standler HR-Masterdata IT System. OUTPLACEMENT OUTPLACEMENT/REPLACEMENT of executive and specialist personnel, acting on behalf of the client company in the interest of the EMPLOYEE. Projects are developed using the Standler HR-BuenaSuerte IT System with its own Database, specialized for OUTPLACEMENT. MANAGERIAL TRAINING TRAINING for executive personnel in the area of FUNDAMENTALS OF MANAGEMENT and LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, to support corporate STRATEGY. CUSTOM TRAINING is provided, configuring a system usable via e-learning/in-person. SCOUTING & MARKET MAPPING PROJECTS that map the reference market and identify the organizational models of target companies, with potential development of JOB GRADING & LEVELING schemes to refer to. Profiles of interest in target companies are also highlighted. COMPENSATION BENCHMARKING DEVELOPMENT OF ANALYSES that allow the client company to compare and evaluate the value of roles in TARGET companies and define their compensation policies, in order to ensure organizational/compensation consistency. Each COMPENSATION BENCHMARK is a CUSTOM project.
