ST24 Professionisti Associati

About ST24 Professionisti Associati

ST24 gathers the legacy, talent, and expertise of two well-known firms rooted in the Bergamo and Brescia regions. Founded in Bergamo in 1973 by Italo Lucchini, the Firm has been a benchmark in the local professional landscape for over 50 years. Starting in 2018, a gradual generational transition began, completed on January 1, 2024, with the establishment of ST24 PROFESSIONISTI ASSOCIATI. The addition of Vaifro Calvetti, a well-known professional based in Darfo Boario Terme (BS), to the association has strengthened the organizational structure, making it specialized, widespread, and with a strong ethical sense. The Firm guarantees clients high quality services, including tax and corporate consulting, extraordinary operations and business restructuring, insolvency proceedings, statutory audits, evaluations, management of groups and holdings, and also addresses recent ESG issues. We also handle successions and generational transitions, finance and control, strategic consulting, labor law, and HR. Within the Firm, the work environment is very welcoming and pleasant to be in; each professional is encouraged to share their skills to meet market challenges, aiming for excellence while always respecting ethical principles and professional conduct rules. ST24 is a partner of ACB Group, a Study Center and a community of over 30 associated firms distributed throughout the national territory. Locations: piazza Repubblica n. 2-24122 Bergamo, Via Lorenzetti n. 15 – 25047 Darfo Boario Terme (Bs), Via Aldo Moro n.13 – 25124 Brescia.
