Over 800 years of brewing tradition in Stralsund: The Störtebeker Braumanufaktur combines North German identity with innovative brewing art. Our range: Over 20 classic and creative beers, seasonal and limited varieties. International cooperations – including with American breweries – always bring new impulses and exciting specialties. Production, gastronomy, and services unite here under one roof – as a family-run, regionally rooted private brewery. More than beer – an experience: At the Brauquartier, visitors experience brewing art up close: tours, tastings, and beer sommelier events make every visit a pleasure. At the Braugasthaus, beers meet creative menus, and at the Brauereimarkt, they meet suitable glasses, exclusive accessories, and gifts. The Alte Brauerei is an event location for celebrations, concerts, parties, conferences, and company anniversaries. In addition, a vibrant beer culture community has been built: Since 2016, the Störtebeker Braumanufaktur has hosted the German Championship of Hobby Brewers. Hobby brewers from all over Germany meet here, present their beers, and have the chance to win prizes. Furthermore, in 2020, the successful online tasting series “Störtebeker LIVE Abenteuerreise” was created, where beer lovers come together digitally to taste and enjoy together.
