About SSA Group

SSA partners with cultural attractions across the country to design and support the full Hospitality Experience Journey. For more than 50 years, we have helped zoos, aquariums, museums, gardens, iconic destinations, and experience-driven places create meaningful guest experiences that support their missions and strengthen long-term growth. Guided by our 452 Hospitality ethos, SSA creates special moments of hospitality that have a lasting impact. Through One Revenue Strategy, we align revenue-driving touchpoints across the guest journey, including admissions, culinary, retail, marketing, technology, and guest experience, so every moment works better together.
