About Spherea Group

Spherea Group: A 60-Year Legacy Since 1965, the Spherea Group has built a strong legacy in test and quality solutions, rooted in the electronics activities of Aerospatiale, where the first automatic test bench for Concorde was developed. The consolidation of key aerospace and defense entities later enabled support for major programs such as Rafale and Leclerc, leading to the creation of EADS Test & Services in 2000, and later Cassidian Test & Services. Today, the Spherea Group operates in 13 countries across Europe, North America, and Asia, supporting customers across the entire product lifecycle—from design to end-of-life. Its ecosystem of brands combines complementary expertise: Spherea Defense addresses mission-critical needs in France, while Averna Powered by Spherea serves global industries including aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, consumer electronics, telecom, and life sciences. With deep expertise and scalable solutions, the Spherea Group delivers precision, reliability, and long-term performance worldwide.
