About Spears Delivery Service Inc

Spears Delivery Service is a proven, high-performing delivery company with more than 15 million packages delivered and a strong record of safety and performance. We take performance seriously, but how we get there matters. We train people well, set clear expectations and recognize people who do good work. Our drivers work independently on the road, but they have a team behind them. We value people who work safely, show up when they're scheduled and care about doing the job right. Strong performance gets noticed, and top performers have opportunities for higher earnings and development.
