About Sozialhummel gGmbH

Sozialhummel's goal is to support people with care needs, multiple disabilities, or exceptional mobility impairments in leading an independent and self-determined life. People with disabilities seeking help and our clients are at the center of our thinking and actions. Affected individuals and their relatives can use our peer counselor or personal budget consultations free of charge and without obligation. We support our clients based on their personal needs: we assist with applications for care needs (in the Personal Budget or as in-kind benefits), advise on assistive devices, and assemble the care teams in close coordination with the clients. As a care service, we support our clients with application management, team coordination, and scheduling. If desired, we also support the employer model with so-called budget assistance or budget support. Through our work, we realize a very important principle: Every person has the right to lead a self-determined life in the community. We support you: general consultation for affected individuals and relatives Peer Counseling Consultation on the Personal Budget Nursing advice according to § 37 Abs. 3 SGB XI Training on current legal situations for affected individuals and relatives Public relations additional care and relief services according to § 45b SGB XI Care service for people with disabilities Sozialhummel gGmbH exclusively and directly serves tax-advantaged charitable purposes and is authorized to issue donation receipts for donations.
