Soziale Vision NordWest UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is an independent and private provider of integration assistance, offering advanced outpatient participation services to enable or facilitate equal and barrier-free participation of people with disabilities in community life. We support adults with a threatened or permanent disability, which is expressed in significant impairments in social participation, either temporarily or permanently. Our services are always oriented towards the life circumstances, expectations, and own capabilities of our clients. Our guiding principle is to promote maximum self-determination and independence of those entitled to participate and the vision to expand the diversity and quality of social offerings through continuous improvement and expansion of our portfolio, so that people with disabilities in our region can receive the best possible access to needs-based and person-centered services. We support people with disabilities from the city of Delmenhorst, the district of Oldenburg, and in the future the entire metropolitan region of Northwest Germany in realizing their individual wishes. All of this is done on the basis of a humanistic-Christian understanding of humanity with its guiding principles of personality, solidarity, and subsidiarity, as well as in responsibility for the principles of inclusion, the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UN CRPD), and the concerns of German social legislation.
