SPSA has nine Transfer Stations and one Regional Landfill that receives solid waste from municipal haulers, residents from SPSA member communities and private waste haulers. We service, Boykins, Ivor, Isle of Wight, Franklin, Suffolk, Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth and Virginia Beach. Our Mission is to provide an efficient and responsible waste management system for our member communities.
