Operating for 36 years in the manufacture of edible gelatos, Frosty is a 100% Ceará-based industry, generating more than 1,000 direct jobs and about 5,000 indirect jobs. Starting its activities in 1990 in the Passaré neighborhood of Fortaleza/CE, with homemade production and local distribution, Frosty has always been a company that sought innovation and quality, with 2006 marking the development towards commercial expansion. Through investments in the company's structure, such as acquiring a larger space to concentrate production, logistics, and distribution, purchasing state-of-the-art machinery, its own fleet of refrigerated trucks, choosing a management system that could support the company's operation, and hiring qualified labor, Frosty has reached Maracanaú/CE, benefiting from a strategic location for commercial expansion and factory stores in Ceará, Pernambuco, Piauí, Paraíba, Maranhão, and Rio Grande do Norte. Currently, the company has a daily production capacity of 550,000 popsicles, 150 tons of ice cream, 12 tons of açaí, and 9 tons of pulps, operating with a high quality index and meeting all production standard requirements with a current mix of over 220 active items, found in major retailers, wholesalers, and its more than 140 own stores.
