SORECO is a firm of French chartered accountants and lawyers based in Madrid, Barcelona, Lisbon, and Milan. Founded in 2002 on the initiative of Stéphane DERUY, the firm has always specialized in advising French and foreign companies investing in Spain, Portugal, and Italy. Partnering with Brigitte BABOULÈNE for the legal side, and Xavier HECKLER for accounting expertise, we have specialized in company creation in Spain, Portugal, and Italy, as well as the accounting, tax, social, and legal monitoring of French company subsidiaries in Spain, Portugal, and Italy. Initially established in Madrid, SORECO has gradually expanded its activities throughout Spain. We are today the leading firm in services for French and foreign companies. After 20 years of constant development, the partnership with a new chartered accountant, Alexis MAGIE, led us to establish ourselves in Barcelona in 2012. We have taken new steps and opened an office in Lisbon at the end of 2014 and then in Milan in the fall of 2015.
